【高教深耕計畫】115年度計畫申請- 14-跨境研討會

各位師長 您好：

高教深耕計畫將開放申請「115年度跨境研討會」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eForm系統填寫申請。

高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將申請單送回各單位確認。

【計畫說明】：

鼓勵教師參與各國及各校辦理之跨境學術交流活動，彼此分享、交換教學心得，並帶來國際發展趨勢及潮流，促進師生國際交流、產學間交流互動、拓展學生視野，達國際學術交流雙贏之效。

*注意活動需有邀請境外人士參與。

*如邀請對象為在台居留天數未滿183天之外籍人士，(所得種類為50.薪資)需扣繳所得稅，請於給付款項2日內完成報稅證明資料提供至高教深耕辦公室，已利報稅事宜

***因應教育部於113年10月15日以臺教會(三)字第1134400978A號令修正規定，其修正內容為每人每日膳費為午、晚餐每餐單價改為一百二十元，請申請案件時可依照修正後單價編列預算。***

1. 經費：各經費之申請，請依循「銘傳大學高教深耕計畫之經費編列基準表(https://reurl.cc/z6zknp) 及 銘傳大學國際學術活動經費補助實施辦法」要點進行編列，如有特殊需求請另於申請資料中提出。

2. 申請期間：即日起至114年OO月OO日(五)中午12:00止。

3. 結案時間：115年10月31日前核銷完成，非此日期之前不受理。（請於活動結束後3天內完成核銷，15天內繳交結案報告）

【Higher Education Deep Cultivation Program】2026 Program Application-13-International Scholar

Dear teachers :

Higher Education sprout project will open applications for the "2026 Annual Cross-border Seminar" Please read the application instructions below then submit their application information through eForm.

The Office of Higher Education Intensive Cultivation Program will compile and review the application materials of each unit, and finally send the application form back to each unit for confirmation.

【Plan Description】

Encourage teachers to participate in cross-border academic exchange activities organized by various countries and schools, share and exchange teaching experience with each other, and bring international development trends and trends, promote international exchanges between teachers and students, exchange and interaction between students, expand students' horizons, and achieve win-win results in international academic exchanges.

*Please note that the activity must be attended by overseas participants.

1. Funding: For the application of each fund, please follow the main points of the "Benchmark Table for Funding for the Higher Education Intensive Cultivation Program of Ming Chuan University (https://reurl.cc/z6zknp)", and if there are special needs, please submit them in the application materials.

2. Application period: From now until 12:00 noon on Friday, November 15, 2025.

3. Closure time: The verification process must be completed by October 31, 2026,  Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted. Complete the write-off within 3 days, and submit the closing report within 15 days)

4. Case Closure Report (electronic documents required)

In response to the Ministry of Education's amendments to the regulations in Taiwan Church (3) Order No. 1134400978A on October 15, 2024, the revised content is that the daily meal fee per person is changed to NT$120 per meal for lunch and dinner. Please apply The budget can be prepared based on the revised unit price when handling the case.
