 各位師長您好:

    首先,感謝各位師長對高教深耕計畫的支持。113年教學優秀人才彈性薪資填寫方式做以下更改,麻煩各位師長留意: 

 1.     申請表改以EXCEL表格形式。

 2.     若為新申請教師,請下載教學優秀人才彈性薪資申請表(EXCEL檔)填寫。

 3.     若為112年度有申請之教師,會將歷年資料彙整成個別檔案放於Moodle回饋區,請老師自行下載並於下方接續填寫新申請項目(彙整上傳需幾天作業時間,若教師查無檔案,還請稍等)。

 

流程如下: 

 1.     即日起 - 8/19 (一) 開放eForm表單填寫(本表單)。 

l   收到申請後會陸陸續續將老師加入Moodle課程中。 

l   若為112年度有申請之教師,個別檔案將放於Moodle回饋區。

    檔案位置:登入Moodle ➜ 點擊 高教深耕圖示 ➜ 113年度 ➜ 113-彈性薪資 ➜ 彈性薪資申請表繳交區 ➜ 往下滑至 回饋 ➜ 回饋檔案

    (因彙整上傳需幾天作業時間,若教師查無檔案,還請稍等) 

 2.     8/26 (一) - 9/16 (一) 開放Moodle繳交EXCEL申請表及備審資料。 

l   Moodle繳交位置:登入Moodle ➜ 點擊 高教深耕圖示 ➜ 113年度 ➜ 113-彈性薪資 ➜ 彈性薪資申請表繳交區 

l   繳交資料內容包含: 

                   a.    教學優秀人才彈性薪資申請表EXCEL檔。 

                   b.    新填寫之教學優良事蹟,須檢附備審資料以作為積點審核之參考。(歷年提出申請且已審核通過資料可不需再檢附。) 

 3.     9/23-9/27當週將彙整好的師長申請名單寄至系上,再麻煩秘書協助請系所主管及院長簽章。 

 4.     10/9(三) 前請各系將申請名單清冊寄回高教深耕計畫辦公室。 

 5.     後續審核結果會公告於Moodle回饋區 (登入Moodle ➜ 點擊 高教深耕圖示 ➜ 113年度 ➜ 113-彈性薪資 ➜ 彈性薪資申請表繳交區 ➜ 往下滑至 回饋) 

 6.     確認點數無誤後發放領據請教師簽名並由系上統一寄回。 

 7.     收齊領據後核銷獎金。

 

教學優良事蹟之資料蒐集請以103年8月1日至113年7月31日期間為主。

Dear Faculty Members, Greetings!

First of all, Higher Education Sprout Project Office would like to express our appreciation for your support. The application completion for 2024 Flexible Salary for Teaching Excellence Talents applications will be altered in the following manner. Please pay close attention to the following details:

1.The new application form is an Excel form.

2.If you are a new applicant, please download and fill out the MCU Teaching Excellence Talents Flexible Salary Application Form (Excel file) (Attachment 3).

3.If you applied as a teacher for the year 2023, your past records will be compiled into individual files and placed in the Moodle feedback area. Please download the record and continue filling out new application items below. (Compiling the files may take a few days; please wait if you cannot find your file.)

The process is as follows:

1.Please fill in the online application through eForm from now through Monday August 19, 2024. 

    l  Upon receipt of applications, teachers will be gradually added to the Moodle course.

    l  If you applied for the year 2023, individual files will be placed in the Moodle feedback area.

         File location: Log in to Moodle ➜ Click on the Higher Education Sprout Project icon ➜ 113 Academic Year ➜ 113-Flexible Salary ➜ Flexible Salary Application Submission Area ➜ Scroll down to Feedback ➜ Feedback Files

2.Please upload the Excel application form and supporting documentation to Moodle between Monday August 26 and Monday September 16, 2024.

    l  Moodle submission area: Log in to Moodle ➜ Click on the Higher Education Sprout Project icon ➜ 113 Academic Year ➜ 113-Flexible Salary ➜ Flexible Salary Application Submission Area

    l  Please submit supporting documentation including:

         a.Completed MCU Teaching Excellence Talents Flexible Salary Application Excel Form for Faculty Members (see Attachment 2).

         b.Compiled new teaching achievements and supporting documents for the review of accumulated points. (Documents submitted in previous applications that have already been approved do not need to be resubmitted.)

3.During the week of September 23 to September 27, the consolidated list of teacher applications will be sent to each department. We kindly request secretaries to assist in obtaining signatures from the department Chair and School Dean.

4.The finalized list of applications should be sent back to the Higher Education Sprout Project Office by October 9, 2024.

5.The subsequent review results will be announced in the Moodle feedback area.

6.After confirming the points are correct, receipts will be issued for teachers to sign and have them sent back collectively by the department.

7.Once all receipts are collected, disbursement verification process will proceed.

 

Please submit supporting documentation for new outstanding teaching practices and results between August 1, 2014 to July 31, 2024 for review.

We kindly request your active participation in providing details of your outstanding "teaching" accomplishments.
