Thank you for your support in implementing the Teaching Assistant (TA) Program and for your dedicated guidance of the TA. To better understand the TA's performance and their assistance in supporting students' academic learning, we kindly ask for your cooperation in completing the “Teaching Assistant Effectiveness Evaluation Questionnaire” by 6:00 PM on August 22, 2025. The results will serve as an important reference for evaluating TA performance and for future TA selection.
