【高教深耕計畫】116度計畫申請-證照課程

各位師長 您好：

高教深耕計畫將開放申請「116年度證照課程計畫」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。

高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將申請單送回各單位確認。

【計畫說明】：

鼓勵系所開辦專業進階證照課程，除系所核心證照外，增加專業證照班，鼓勵學生考取進階證照，提高就業實力。

1.課程規範：

(1)申請時應註明證照名稱、資訊,並檢附相關佐證資料。(2)每門課程開課人數至少十人(含)以上,限本校師生。(3)開課時段以學生課餘時間(週一至週五中午、晚上或假日時段)為原則。(4)參加課程之學生不採計學分。

2.經費：鐘點費（校外國內專家學者$2,000元/小時；校內老師$1,000元/小時為上限）。

(1)得聘請業師採協同教學,申請時應註明業師之現職、經歷、預計授課內容、校內教師與業師分攤授課時數。(2)每人每年度以主持人或業師身分參與證照輔導課程之件數,合計以四件為限。(3)校內教師授課者,每門課程補助鐘點費新台幣二萬元為上限 ; 校外業師協同授課者,每門課程補助鐘點費新台幣三萬元為上限。

3.申請期間：即日起至115年10月30日  中午12：00止。

4.結案時間：115下學期課程請於115年7月30日前執行完畢、116上學期課程以116年11月19日前執行率達成100%為原則，敬請謹慎評估並提供具體期程規劃。

5.結案報告(需繳交電子檔至moodle高教深耕計畫專區)：授課講師資料、授課內容及講義、上課學生名單、證照通過名單、照片集錦、滿意度問卷及學生心得回饋，格式請參閱https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/enroll-page/。

**為鼓勵學生考取證照，繳交結案報告時請以考取證照比率作為學生學習成效檢核依據。**

★相關辦理原則、課程規範、審核方式及管考事項等申請注意事項請依循「銘傳大學證照輔導課程暨證照獎勵實施辦法」進行辦理。

Higher Education Sprout Project
116 Annual Project Application - Certificate Courses

Dear Professors,

The Higher Education Sprout Project will open applications for the "116 Annual Certificate Course Project." We kindly ask all professors to carefully read the following project application instructions and complete the application through the eform system.

The Higher Education Sprout Project Office will compile and review the application materials submitted by each unit and will return the application forms to the respective units for final confirmation.

Project Description:

We encourage departments to offer advanced professional certificate courses. In addition to core certificates offered by individual departments, specialized certificate courses may also be offered to encourage students to obtain advanced professional certifications and enhance their employability.

1. Course Specifications:

(1) Courses must not be combined with regular courses and must be open to students from all departments.

(2) Courses should be scheduled during students’ non-class hours, such as weekday lunch breaks, evenings, or weekends.

(3) Participation in these courses will not earn academic credits.

2. Funding:

Hourly teaching fees are subject to the following limits:

• External domestic experts/scholars: NT$2,000 per hour

• University faculty: NT$1,000 per hour

For other budget and funding regulations, please follow the Ming Chuan University Higher Education Sprout Project Funding Allocation Standards and the Ming Chuan University Certificate Course Implementation Regulations.

3. Application Period:

From now until 12:00 noon on October 30, 2026.

4. Project Completion:

Courses offered in the second semester of Academic Year 115 must be completed by July 30, 2026.

For courses offered in the first semester of Academic Year 116, an execution rate of 100% should be achieved by November 19, 2026.

Applicants are kindly requested to carefully assess the feasibility of the proposed courses and provide a specific implementation schedule.

5. Final Report:

An electronic copy of the final report must be submitted to the Moodle Higher Education Sprout Project section. The report should include:

• Instructor information

• Course content and teaching materials

• Student attendance/list

• List of students who passed the certification examination

• Photo collection

• Satisfaction survey results

• Student feedback

To encourage students to obtain professional certifications, the certification pass rate should be used as a key indicator for assessing student learning outcomes when submitting the final report.

★ For relevant implementation principles, course specifications, review procedures, and project management requirements, please refer to the "Ming Chuan University Regulations for Certificate Counseling Courses and Certificate Incentives."

★ Applicants for certificate courses are responsible for submitting the required official documents for implementation and handling the reimbursement process independently. Thank you for your cooperation.
