【原住民族學生資源中心】115年11月7日「原住民族食農文化體驗」Indigenous Food and Agricultural Culture Experience – November 7, 2026

　　學務處原住民族學生資源中心擬辦理「原住民族食農文化體驗」活動，邀請全校教職員一同走進阿美族部落，認識原住民族傳統飲食與生活文化，活動資訊如下：

活動名稱：原住民族食農文化體驗
活動地點：Lipahak三峽野菜園區（新北市三峽區隆恩街158號）
活動日期：115年11月7日（星期六）
活動時間：上午10:00至下午15:00
參與人數：16人

活動簡介：

• Lipahak三峽野菜農園係新北市政府提供新北市族人恢復傳統農耕、傳承農業文化之場域，近年逐步發展具原住民族特色之食農教育體驗活動。
• 原住民族傳統農耕文化蘊含與土地共生、順應自然節氣及共享共食的生活智慧。本次活動將帶領參與者認識在地野菜、體驗野菜料理，從食材與飲食認識原住民族生活文化，並運用自然素材製作小掃帚，體驗傳統生活工藝與手作樂趣。
• 透過實際走訪、體驗與交流，增進對原住民族文化的認識與理解，促進不同文化間的交流與尊重，營造校園多元友善的環境。

　　本活動名額有限，恕不開放攜眷參加。若師長有參與意願，請於115年10月9日（星期五）前完成報名，謝謝！

　　活動當日請師長準時出席，相關活動注意事項將於行前通知郵件另行公告。

Dear colleagues,

The Indigenous Students Resource Center at MCU is organizing an “Indigenous Food and Agricultural Culture Experience” on November 7, 2026 (Saturday), from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Lipahak Sanxia Wild Vegetable Farm (No. 158, Long’en St., Sanxia District, New Taipei City).

The activity will take participants to visit an Amis Indigenous community and learn about Indigenous traditional food and daily life. The activities include:

• Learning about local wild vegetables
• Making and tasting dishes using wild vegetables
• DIY traditional small brooms using natural materials

Through hands-on experiences and cultural exchange, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about Indigenous food culture, traditional agricultural practices, and ways of living in harmony with the land.

Due to the limited number of participants, family members are not permitted to join the activity. Interested individuals, please register online before October 9, 2026 (Friday).

Please arrive on time for the activity. Further information and reminders will be provided by email before the event.
