高教深耕計畫辦公室將開放申請「116年度學生國內外競賽計畫（賽前補助）」，敬請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至 eForm 系統填寫申請資料。

【計畫說明】

為鼓勵學生於在學期間積極參與國內外競賽，提升學生專業能力及競賽表現，特辦理本計畫。

1. 經費：
   可編列國內外差旅費（隨隊指導教師）、報名費、物品費及其他與競賽參與相關之必要費用，請依循「銘傳大學高教深耕計畫之經費編列基準表」及「銘傳大學學生國內外競賽補助與獎勵辦法」相關規定辦理。如有特殊需求，請於申請資料中另行說明。

2. 申請期間：
   即日起至 115年10月30日（五）中午12:00 止。

3. 結案時間：
   原則上應於 116年11月26日（五）前 達成 100%執行率，敬請各單位審慎評估計畫執行期程，並提供具體之期程規劃。

4. 結案報告（需繳交電子檔）：
   應包含參與師生名單、活動照片集錦、學生作品及學生心得回饋等資料。

【Plan Description】

This program aims to encourage students to actively participate in domestic and international competitions during their studies, enhance their professional skills, and improve their competition performance.

1. Funding:
   Eligible expenses may include domestic and international travel expenses for accompanying faculty advisors, competition registration fees, materials and supplies, and other necessary expenses related to participation in competitions. All expenses must be budgeted and claimed in accordance with the Ming Chuan University Higher Education Sprout Project Funding Standards and the Ming Chuan University Regulations Governing Subsidies and Incentives for Students Participating in Domestic and International Competitions. Any special funding needs should be specified separately in the application materials.

2. Application Period:
   From now until 12:00 noon on Friday, October 30, 2026.

3. Project Closure:
   As a general principle, projects should achieve a 100% execution rate by November26, 2027. Units are encouraged to carefully assess the feasibility of their proposed projects and provide a specific implementation schedule.

4. Project Completion Report (Electronic File Required):
   The report should include a list of participating faculty members and students, a collection of activity photos, student works, and student reflections and feedback.
