2026 Student Incentives for Obtaining Professional Certifications (Phase II)
The Higher Education Sprout Project Office is now accepting applications for the 2026 Student Incentives for Obtaining Professional Certifications (Phase II).
Faculty members and staff who wish to apply for certification incentives on behalf of students are kindly requested to review the following information and complete the application through this eForm.
1. Eligibility for Application
This eForm may only be completed and submitted by faculty members and staff. Students who wish to apply must contact a faculty member or staff member to submit the application on their behalf.
Eligible Students:
Ming Chuan University students who obtain a professional certification during their period of enrollment and maintain active student status at the time of application.

2. Eligible Certifications
Eligible certifications include those obtained through government-sponsored examinations, specialized vocational and technical examinations, national skill certification examinations, or professional qualifications issued by recognized professional organizations.
The certification must be recognized by the Ministry of Education, listed in the University/College Database, and approved by the applicant's academic department as eligible for this incentive program.

3. Incentive Amount
The incentive generally covers up to 80% of the certification examination fee for Level 1 to Level 4 certifications listed in the University's Course Map.
Students with economically disadvantaged status may be eligible for a full subsidy. For details, please contact the Student Affairs Office (Ext. 2504 / 3904).
The actual subsidy amount, number of approved applications, and available funding may be adjusted according to the annual budget and overall implementation of the program.

April 15, 2026 – September 10, 2026
Only certifications obtained within this period are eligible for this incentive.

8. Reimbursement Deadline
November 20, 2026
All reimbursement procedures must be completed by this date.
9. Final Report
Within seven days after completing the reimbursement process, please:
The Final Report must include the certification list and copies of the certifications.
