☆★【高教深耕計畫】115年度申請-教學優秀人才彈性薪資☆★

各位師長您好:

115年度教學優秀人才彈性薪資已開放申請,懇請參閱如下說明:

 

1.申請流程:

(1)第1階段「確認申請意願」:6/24(三)~ 7/3(五)開放eForm填寫申請意願。

(2)第2階段「繳交申請資料」:7/13(一)~ 8/7(五)開放Moodle繳交申請表與備審資料。

 

※第1階段為後續申請之必要前置作業,逾期未填者不予受理當年度之申請。

2.申請表下載:

(1)新申請之教師,請下載教學優秀人才彈性薪資申請表(如附件)填寫。

(2)114年度有申請之教師,歷年資料已建檔,敬請直接下載檔案,於下方接續填寫新申請之獎勵項目。

 

※檔案位置:若為114年度有申請之教師,高教深耕將把更新後的檔案mail至您所填寫的信箱,請下載「申請表」檔案,並於下方接續填寫新申請項目。

※敬請一律以Excel格式填覆申請表。

 

3.應繳資料:

(1)教學優秀人才彈性薪資「申請表Excel檔」

(2)教學優秀人才彈性薪資「備審資料」

 

※請填寫「教學」相關之優良事蹟。

※詳參:銘傳大學教學優秀人才彈性薪資辦法

※獎勵項目採計區間:110年8月1日至115年7月31日

※獎勵項目如為多年期計畫,以「曆年制」為計算基準。例如,計畫起訖為115年7月31日至116年8月1日者,採計115年、116年共2個積點,依此類推。

※申請獎勵當年未獲符合年度奬勵項目者,不支給彈性薪資。

※「當年」以「學年制」為計算基準。本次計算區間:114年8月1日至115年7月31日。若獎勵項目之「起始時間」未落於此區間內,不支給彈性薪資。

※新填寫之教學優良事蹟,應檢附完整備審資料,未完備且逾期未補件者不予採計。

※歷年提出申請且已通過審核之備審資料,無需重複檢附。

※繳交位置:登入Moodle ➜ 點擊「高教深耕圖示」 ➜  115學年度 ➜  115-彈性薪資 ➜ 彈性薪資申請表繳交區

 

審核結果擇期公告於Moodle回饋區(彈性薪資申請表繳交區 ➜ 往下滑至「回饋」)。

公告後將請申請人確認點數並簽收領據,再由系上統一將領據擲寄回高教深耕辦公室。

Dear Faculty Members, Greetings!

Applications for the 2026 Flexible Salary for Teaching Excellence Talents are now open. Please refer to the following instructions:

 

1. Application Process

(1) Stage 1 – Confirmation of Intent to Apply:
The eForm will be available from Wednesday, June 24 to Friday, July 3, 2026, for applicants to confirm their intent to apply.

(2) Stage 2 – Submission of Application Materials:
The Moodle submission area will be available from Monday, July 13 to Friday, August 7, 2026, for applicants to submit their application forms and supporting documentation.

 

※ Completion of Stage 1 is a mandatory prerequisite for the subsequent application process. Applications for the current year will not be accepted from those who fail to complete the eForm by the deadline.

2. Downloading the Application Form

(1) New applicants:
Please download and complete the attached MCU Teaching Excellence Talents Flexible Salary Application Form.

(2) Faculty members who applied in 2025:
Your application records from previous years have been compiled into an individual file. Please download the file directly and add your new reward items below the existing records.

※ All application forms must be completed and submitted in Excel format.

 

3. Required Application Materials

(1) MCU Teaching Excellence Talents Flexible Salary Application Form

(2) Supporting Documentation for the MCU Teaching Excellence Talents Flexible Salary Application

 

※ Please provide information regarding outstanding achievements specifically related to teaching.

※ For further details, please refer to the Ming Chuan University Procedures regarding Flexible Salary for Teaching Excellence Talents.

Eligible period for reward items: August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2026.

※ For reward items involving multi-year projects, points will be calculated on a calendar-year basis. For example, if a project runs from July 31, 2026 to August 1, 2027, it will be counted as covering both 2026 and 2027 and will therefore be awarded two points. The same calculation method applies to other multi-year projects.

※ Applicants who do not have any qualifying reward items for the applicable year will not be granted a flexible salary payment.

※ The applicable year is calculated on an academic-year basis. The applicable period for this application is from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026. If the start date of a reward item does not fall within this period, no flexible salary payment will be granted for that item.

※ Complete supporting documentation must be provided for all newly reported outstanding teaching achievements. Items with incomplete documentation will not be counted if the required supplementary documents are not submitted by the deadline.

※ Supporting documents submitted in previous years that have already been reviewed and approved do not need to be resubmitted.

The review results will be announced on Moodle at a later date in the Feedback Area:

After the results have been announced, applicants will be asked to confirm their awarded points and sign the receipts. Each department should then collect and return all signed receipts together to the Higher Education Sprout Project Office.
