高教深耕計畫將開放申請「115通識XIII學院(獨立計畫)」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。
高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將申請單送回各單位確認。

1. 經費：業務費及資本門請分開填寫，各經費之申請，請依循「銘傳大學高教深耕計畫經費編列基準表(https://reurl.cc/r68vek)」要點進行編列，如有特殊需求請另於申請資料中提出。
(因應教育部於113年10月15日以臺教會(三)字第1134400978A號令修正規定，其修正內容為每人每日膳費為午、晚餐每餐單價改為一百二十元，請申請案件時可依照修正後單價編列預算。)
2. 申請期間：即日起至114年oo月oo日（五）中午12：00止。
3. 結案時間：115年10月31日（五）前核銷完成，非此日期之前不受理。（請於活動結束後3天內完成核銷，15天內繳交結案報告；申請資本門經費之計畫，請於115年8月30日以前完成驗收與核銷）
4. 結案報告（需繳交電子檔）：課程內容、照片集錦及學生心得回饋。

The Higher Education Program will open applications for "2026 General Studies XIII College (Independent Program)" Please read the application instructions below and fill in the application in the eForm system. The Office of Higher Education Intensive Cultivation Program will compile and review the application materials of each unit, and finally send the application form back to each unit for confirmation.

In response to the Ministry of Education's amendments to the regulations in Taiwan Church (3) Order No. 1134400978A on October 15, 2024, the revised content is that the daily meal fee per person is changed to NT$120 per meal for lunch and dinner. Please apply The budget can be prepared based on the revised unit price when handling the case.
1. Funds: Please fill in the business expenses and capital separately, and the application for each fund should be compiled according to the main points of the "Benchmark Table of Higher Education Cultivation Program of Ming Chuan University (https://reurl.cc/r68vek)", and if you have special needs, please submit them separately in the application materials.
2. Application period: From now until 12:00 noon on Friday, November 15, 2025.
3. Closure time: All applications must complete related verification disbursement affairs before October 31, 2026. No delayed verifications will be accepted by the responsible office. Complete the write-off within 3 days, and submit the closing report within 15 days; For the plan to apply for capital funds, please complete the acceptance and write-off by August 31, 2026)
