各位師長 您好：

高教深耕計畫將開放申請「115年學生國際移動」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。

高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將申請單送回各單位確認。

【計畫說明】：

 強化學生外語能力並鼓勵學生赴國外交流

》移地教學

1.經費：對學生之獎助（學生獎勵金）、國外差旅費（隨隊指導教師）等，請依循「銘傳大學高教深耕計畫之經費編列基準表(https://reurl.cc/z6zknp)及銘傳大學國際學術活動經費補助實施辦法」要點進行編列，如有特殊需求請另於申請資料中提出。

2. 申請期間：即日起至114年oo月oo日(五)中午12:00止。

3. 結案時間：115年10月31日前核銷完成。（請於活動結束後3天內完成核銷，15天內繳交結案報告）

4. 結案報告(需繳交電子檔)：活動資訊與行程、參與師生名單、照片集錦、學生作品及學生心得回饋。

 ***因應教育部於113年10月15日以臺教會(三)字第1134400978A號令修正規定，其修正內容為每人每日膳費為午、晚餐每餐單價改為一百二十元，請申請案件時可依照修正後單價編列預算。***

Dear teachers :

The Higher Education sprout project will open applications for "International Mobile for Students in Year 2026" Please read the application instructions below then submit their application information through eForm.

The Office of Higher Education Intensive Cultivation Program will compile and review the application materials of each unit, and finally send the application form back to each unit for confirmation.

【Plan Description】

Strengthen students' foreign language skills and encourage students to travel abroad

》 Remote Instruction

1. Funding: For student scholarships (student incentive funds), please follow the main points of the "Benchmark Table for Funding of the Higher Education Program of Ming Chuan University (https://reurl.cc/z6zknp)", if you have special needs, please mention them in the application materials.

2. Application period: From now until 12:00 noon on Friday, November 15, 2025.

3. Closure time: The verification process must be completed by October 31, 2026, Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.  Complete the write-off within 3 days, and submit the closing report within 15 days)

4. sclosure report (electronic documents required): event information and itinerary, list of participating teachers and students, photo collection, student works and student feedback.

In response to the Ministry of Education's amendments to the regulations in Taiwan Church (3) Order No. 1134400978A on October 15, 2024, the revised content is that the daily meal fee per person is changed to NT$120 per meal for lunch and dinner. Please apply The budget can be prepared based on the revised unit price when handling the case.
