☆★【高教深耕計畫】115年度計畫申請-提升高教公共性 【Higher Education Sprout Project】 2026 Enhancing Higher Education Accessibility Plan★☆

各位師長您好：

高教深耕計畫將開放申請「115年度提升高教公共性計畫」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。

高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將核定單送回各單位確認。

Dear faculty members,

The Higher Education Sprout Project will open applications for the "2026 Enhancing Higher Education Accessibility Plan." We kindly request all faculty members to carefully read the following application instructions and submit their applications through the eform system. The Higher Education Sprout Project Office will consolidate and review the application materials from each department and eventually send approved documents back to each unit for confirmation. If you have any questions about the application process or the content of the plan, please feel free to contact us (Assistant Yenchieh at extension 2540 / yenchieh@mail.mcu.edu.tw).

 

【計畫說明】：

1.  經費：業務費及資本門請分開填寫，各經費之申請，請依循「銘傳大學高教深耕計畫經費編列基準表(https://reurl.cc/Om3WeR)」要點進行編列，如有特殊需求請另於申請資料中提出。

*因應教育部於113年10月15日以臺教會(三)字第1134400978A號令修正規定，其修正內容為每人每日膳費為午、晚餐每餐單價改為一百二十元，如申請案件可申請膳宿費時依照修正後單價編列預算。

2. 申請期間：即日起至114年10月23日(四) 中午12:00 止。

3. 結案時間：以115年10月30日(五)前執行率達成90%為原則，敬請謹慎評估並提供具體期程規劃。

4. 結案報告(需繳交電子檔)

 

 【Plan Overview】:

1.Funding: Please separate operating expenses and capital expenditures when filling out the application. For each type of funding, follow the guidelines in the "Ming Chuan University Higher Education Sprout Project Funding Allocation Criteria (https://reurl.cc/Om3WeR))" for budget allocation. If you have special requirements, please specify them in your application materials. 

*In response to the Ministry of Education's order dated October 15, 2024 (Tai-Jiao-Hui [3] No. 1134400978A), which amended the regulations to set the meal allowance at NT$120 per meal for lunch and dinner per person per day, if you are applying for a case that includes meal and accommodation expenses, please budget according to the revised unit price.

2.Application Period: From now until 12:00 noon on October 23, 2025 (Thursday).

3.Closure Date: With the goal of achieving a 90% execution rate by October 30, 2026 (Friday), please carefully evaluate and provide a specific timeline plan.
