計畫宗旨：

鼓勵本校大學部學生與教師參與國科會研究計畫，提升學生自主學習與研究能力。

計畫說明：

一、申請時間 : 即日起至114年10月23日(四)12:00中午截止。

二、學生獎勵

對象：大學部二年級以上（不含研究生），申請並獲國科會補助者。

獎勵方式：依國科會公告名單，核發獎勵金及獎狀。如計畫註銷或終止，須繳回獎勵金。

金額：每組學生獎勵金 NT$5,000。

三、教師獎勵

對象：指導學生獲國科會補助或獲大專學生研究創作獎者，每位教授(限專任教師或專案教師)至多指導2組學生。

獎勵方式：依公告名單，核發獎勵金及獎狀。

金額：

　• 指導 1 件：NT$10,000

　• 指導 2 件：NT$20,000

　• 指導 1 件（含）以上且獲創作獎：每件 NT$15,000

四、經費來源

由教育部高等教育深耕計畫或學校編列經費支應，並得依年度經費總額及實際情形調整。

五、依據「銘傳大學獎勵國科會大專學生研究計畫辦法」辦理。

Project Objective

To encourage undergraduate students and faculty members of Ming Chuan University to participate in NSTC (National Science and Technology Council) research projects, thereby enhancing students’ self-directed learning and research capabilities.

Project Description

1. Application Period:
   Effective immediately until 12:00 noon, Thursday, October 23, 2025.

2. Student Incentives

   • Eligibility: Undergraduate students (sophomore year and above, excluding graduate students) who have applied for and received NSTC project funding.

   • Incentive Mechanism: Based on the NSTC’s official list of approved projects, each eligible team will be awarded both a grant and a certificate. In the event of project cancellation or termination, the award must be returned.

   • Amount: NT$5,000 per student team.

3. Faculty Incentives

   • Eligibility: Faculty members (limited to full-time or project-based faculty) who advise students that have received NSTC funding or the Undergraduate Student Research Creativity Award. Each professor may advise up to two student teams.

   • Incentive Mechanism: Based on the official NSTC approved list, each eligible faculty advisor will be awarded both a grant and a certificate.

   • Amount:
     • Advising 1 project: NT$10,000
     • Advising 2 projects: NT$20,000
     • Advising at least 1 project that wins the Creativity Award: NT$15,000 per project

4. Funding Source:
   The incentives are funded by the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Sprout Project or from the university’s budget, and may be adjusted depending on the total available funding and actual circumstances of the year.

5.  This program is administered in accordance with the “Ming Chuan University Regulations for Incentives on NSTC Undergraduate Student Research Projects.”
