由於教學助理經費有限,為使資源能更有效地運用於支持學生的學習需求,本學期將由授課教師依課程學生需求自行提出教學助理申請。以提升經費分配的效益,確保於有限的資源使教學助理協助學生課業學習發揮最大成效。
有意願提出教學助理需求之教師,請先參閱「114學年度第一學期銘傳大學教學助理制度說明」,詳讀教學助理工作規範及規定,請確認能協助遵守相關規定並配合繳交相關資料後,依據學生的學習困難或課程支援需求,提出教學助理需求申請,由於經費有限,每位老師最多可申請二案(請分二次申請,個別上傳申請表檔案),每案配置一名教學助理,且每門課程僅限申請一名教學助理;若同一課程設有多個班級,亦僅能申請一名教學助理 。
欲申請之教師請先下載申請表格檔案 docx 填寫教學助理需求說明及工作規畫,並請於114年9月11日下午6:00前上傳申請表,方完成申請程序,逾期恕不受理。敬請教師務必如實填寫教學助理需求申請表,如課程類型(必、選修)、修課人數及教學助理工作內容規劃等,若資料不完整或不實,可能影響審核結果或導致申請無效,敬請配合與見諒。謝謝。
申請資料將提交審查委員進行審核,評估標準如下,以大學部課程為優先。審核通過後,將以E-Mail通知審查結果(請確認E-Mail資料填寫正確),申請教師在『未得知該課程之審核結果』時,請『勿提前』指派教學助理執行工作。

Dear Teacher,
Due to limited funding for teaching assistants (TAs), this semester, course teachers are requested to submit their own TA applications based on the learning needs of their students. This approach aims to allocate resources more effectively and ensure that TAs can provide the greatest possible support for student learning within the constraints of the available budget.
If you intend to request a TA, please first carefully review the “Ming Chuan University Guidelines for Teaching Assistant System” document to understand the responsibilities and regulations related to TA work. Teachers are asked to ensure they are able to comply with the relevant guidelines and submit the required documentation. After confirming this, you may submit a TA request based on the students’ learning difficulties or course support needs. Due to limited funding, each teacher may apply for up to two projects (please submit two separate applications, uploading an application form for each). Each project will be assigned one TA, and each course is limited to one TA; if a course has multiple class sections, only one TA may be assigned in total.
Teachers who wish to apply are requested to first download the application form (in .docx or .odt format), complete the section on TA requirement description and work plan, and upload the completed form by 6:00 PM on September 11, 2025. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline. Teachers are kindly requested to complete the 「Teaching Assistant Requirement Application Form」truthfully, including course type (required or elective), number of enrolled students, and the planning of the TA’s work content. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the review outcome or result in the application being deemed invalid. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.Thank you for your cooperation.
The submitted application materials will be reviewed by a committee. The evaluation criteria are as follows. Once approved, the results will be sent via email (please ensure that the email address provided is accurate). Before receiving the official review result for the course, applicants are requested not to assign any teaching assistants to begin work.
