【教學暨學習資源中心】銘傳大學「115年度教學實踐研究計畫 MOE TPR Program, 2026」申請意願回覆表

師長您好：

　　敬請院上推薦教師申請教育部「115年度教學實踐研究計畫」的本校專任（專案）教師，於114年9月15日（星期一）中午12:00前 

填寫下列表格欄位並送出eform表單，送出後系統將自動寄出email確認信。

第一批獎勵名單將以在截止日期內送出表單之教師為主，但因獎勵經費額度有限，如申請人數眾多會再視表單填寫內容以及過往申請內容

是否完整進行遴選，請老師務必妥善填寫，後續經費如還有額度會再開放第二次申請填寫。

後續教資中心會於11月中時請申請教師提供計畫名稱和內容摘要。

（請先行登入eform系統，再填寫申請表單。）

提交申請單後即代表申請人同意於教育部計畫申請截止期限前至教育部規定之系統上傳規定格式之計畫書及相關資料並編列相關經費，

送出後在申請計畫前不可臨時退件或放棄申請。

Dear Teachers, 

Full-time faculty(include project faculty) of the University who are willing to apply for the "Teaching Practice Research Program, 2026"

of the Ministry of Education are kindly requested to fill this form before 12pm on Monday, Sep. 15.

After submitting, the system will automatically send an email confirmation letter.

(Please log in to the e-Form before filling out the application form.)

The first round of incentive recipients will primarily be selected from faculty members who submit the form by the staed deadline. 

However, due to limited funding, if the number of applicants exceeds the available budget, selection will alos take into condsideration

the the completeness of the current application form as well as the quality of previous application.

Faculty members are kindly reminded to complete the form thoroughly and accurately. If additional funding remains, a second round of 

application may be opened. In mid-November, the Teaching and Learning Rescoure Center will request all applicants to provide the 

project title and a summary of the project content.

By submitting the application form, the applicant agrees to upload the project proposal and related documents in the required format specified by

the Ministry of Education to the designated system before the application deadline. The applicant also agrees to include the relevant budget information.

The open date for the MOE TPR Program, 2026 will be announced in mid-October.
