【教學暨學習資源中心】111-113年度國科會大專學生研究計畫成果展示徵件活動

同學 您好：

為展示與分享本校學生執行國科會大專學生研究計畫之成果，教學暨學習資源中心（教資中心）特舉辦本次成果展示徵件活動。凡曾執行及完成111、112及113年度國科會大專學生研究計畫，且目前具備本校在學學生身份者，皆歡迎踴躍參與。此次徵件以影片形式呈現研究成果，經評選後，將遴選具代表性與創意之優秀作品，頒發獎金與獎狀以資鼓勵：

• 特優等（2件）：每件獎金 6,000元
• 優等（3件）：每件獎金 4,000元
• 佳作等（4件）：每件獎金 3,000元
• 人氣等（2件）：每件獎金 2,000元，網路票選票數最高的前二名作品。

有意參與的同學，請詳閱「國科會大專學生研究計畫成果展示徵件活動說明」文件，並於114年6月8日8下午6:00前，填寫申請表單並上傳執行國科會大專學生研究計畫之成果展示影片。逾期或資料不齊者，將不予受理。影片內容及格式說明如下：

1. 影片長度需為5至10分鐘，並包含字幕。
2. 內容應清楚說明研究動機與問題、研究方法與過程、研究成果、結論與應用價值，可輔以搭配圖表、動畫、實驗影像、訪談片段等方式豐富呈現。
3. 影片格式：MP4檔案，解析度至少720p以上。 

注意事項：
1. 需曾獲國科會111、112及113年度大專學生研究計畫補助且執行完成計畫者方可提出申請。
2. 若計畫由多名學生共同執行，請指派其中一位學生作為代表申請人，負責提交計畫申請。
3. 每位參賽者僅限參與一件申請。
4. 每項計畫案僅限提交一件申請，請勿重複申請。
5. 影片需為原創，如有抄襲、侵權情事，將取消資格。
6.參賽作品之智慧財產權歸參賽者所有，但主辦單位基於推廣之目的，有權對獲選作品進行公開展示、重製、編輯等利用。

Dear Students,

To showcase and share the achievements of our students who have participated in the NSTC College Student Research Projects, the Teaching and Learning Resources Center is organizing a Research Project Showcase Call for Entries. All current students of our university who have executed and completed NSTC College Student Research Projects in the academic years 2022, 2023, or 2024 are warmly invited to participate.
Research outcomes should be presented in the form of a video. After evaluation, outstanding entries demonstrating representativeness and creativity will be selected and awarded cash prizes and certificates as encouragement. 

• First Prize (2 awards): NT$6,000 per entry
• Second Prize (3 awards): NT$4,000 per entry
• Honorable Mention (4 awards): NT$3,000 per entry 
• Popularity Award (2 entries): NT$2,000 per entry– awarded to the top two entries with the highest number of online votes.

Interested students should carefully read the “NSTC College Student Research Project Showcase Call for Entries” document. Please complete the application form and upload your research outcome video by 6:00 PM,  June 8, 2025. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Video Content and Format Requirements:

• The video should be between 5 to 10 minutes in length and must include subtitles.
• The content should clearly explain the research motivation and problem statement, research methods and processes, research findings, conclusions, and practical applications. The presentation may be enhanced with charts, animations, experimental footage, interview clips, and other visual aids.
• The video file must be in MP4 format with a minimum resolution of 720p.

Important Notes:

1. Only students who have been awarded and completed NSTC College Student Research Projects in 2022, 2023, or 2024 are eligible to apply.
2. For projects conducted jointly by multiple students, please designate one student as the representative applicant to submit the entry.
3. Each participant may submit only one application.
4. Only one application per project is permitted. Do not submit multiple applications for the same project
5. All videos must be original creations. Any instance of plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in disqualification.
6. The intellectual property rights of submitted works remain with the participants; however, the organizer reserves the right to publicly display, reproduce, and edit the selected works for promotional purposes.
