各位師長 您好：
高教深耕計畫將開放申請「114年度深化課程計畫」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。
高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，待深耕委員會審查通過後，會將公告結果送回各單位確認。

【計畫說明】：
現行課程設計多為「淺碟式」，為達成教師有效教學，深化學生學習效果，在原課程學分外，額外增加1學分數設計師生互動、引導學生討論之非講授類課程。額外1學分鐘點費由高教深耕計畫支付，不列入教師授課鐘點。
1.經費：補助1學分，16週鐘點費共16,000元。
*相關申請注意事項將依循「銘傳大學高教深耕計畫經費編列基準表(https://reurl.cc/GA97RG)」要點進行編列。
2.申請期間：即日起至113年11月15日（五）中午12：00截止。
3. 結案時間：請於課程結束後十日內繳交結案報告。
4. 結案報告(需繳交電子檔至moodle高教深耕計畫專區)：格式請參閱https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/content/%E6%96%87%E4%BB%B6%E4%B8%8B%E8%BC%89。

(113下課程約於6月初寄發領據並於6月底前協助核銷，114上課程約於10月初寄發領據並於10月底前協助核銷，懇請老師於課程結束後記得繳交結案報告)。**

**因應教育部於113年10月15日以臺教會(三)字第1134400978A號令修正規定，其修正內容為每人每日膳費為午、晚餐每餐單價改為一百二十元，如申請案件可申請膳宿費時依照修正後單價編列預算。**

**Higher Education Sprout Project**
**Application for the 114th Annual Project - Deepening Course Plan**
Dear Faculty Members,
The Higher Education Sprout Project is now accepting applications for the "114th Annual Deepening Course Plan." We kindly ask all faculty members to carefully read the following application instructions and fill out the application in the eform system.
The office of the Higher Education Sprout Project will compile and review the application materials from each unit. Once approved by the Sprout Committee, the results will be announced and sent back to the respective units for confirmation.
If you have any questions regarding the application process or the project content, please feel free to contact Jiou-Ming from the Higher Education Sprout Project at extension 2543.
**Project Description:**
Current course designs are often "shallow," and to achieve effective teaching and enhance student learning outcomes, we will add an extra credit for non-lecture courses that promote interaction between teachers and students and facilitate discussions. This additional credit will be funded by the Higher Education Sprout Project and will not be included in the teaching hours for the faculty.
1. **Funding:** Subsidy of 1 credit, totaling 16,000 NTD for 16 weeks of teaching hours.

2. **Application Period:** From now until November 15, 2024 (Friday) at 12:00 PM.
3. **Completion Deadline:** Please submit the completion report within ten days after the course concludes.
4. **Completion Report (to be submitted electronically to the Moodle Higher Education Sprout Project area):** Please refer to the format at https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/content/%E6%96%87%E4%BB%B6%E4%B8%8B%E8%BC%89.
**This project will be uniformly signed and reimbursed by the office of the Higher Education Sprout Project.**
(The reimbursement for the 113th semester courses will be sent out around early June, with assistance for reimbursement before the end of June. The reimbursement for the 114th semester courses will be sent out around early October, with assistance for reimbursement before the end of October. Please remember to submit the completion report after the course ends.)

**In response to the Ministry of Education's revision on October 15, 2024, as per document number 1134400978A, the revised regulation states that the meal allowance for each individual is set at 120 NTD per meal for lunch and dinner. If applying for cases where accommodation and meal expenses can be claimed, please budget according to the revised unit price.**
