【高教深耕計畫】114年度計畫申請-證照課程

各位師長 您好：

高教深耕計畫將開放申請「114年度證照課程計畫」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。

高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將申請單送回各單位確認。

【計畫說明】：

鼓勵系所開辦專業進階證照課程，除系所核心證照外，增加專業證照班，鼓勵學生考取進階證照，提高就業實力。

1.課程規範：

(1)課程不得與正課合併，並開放全校學生參與。

(2)開課時段以學生課餘時間（週一至週五中午、晚上或假日時段）為原則。

(3)參加課程之學生不採計學分。

2.經費：鐘點費（校外國內專家學者$2,000元/小時；校內老師$1,000元/小時為上限）。

3.申請期間：即日起至113年11月15日（五）中午12：00止。

4.結案時間：113下學期課程最遲應於114年6月30日(一)前核銷完成、114上學期課程最遲應於114年10月31日(五)前核銷完成，非此日期之前不受理。（請於活動結束後10天內繳交結案報告，15天內繳交核銷憑證）。

5.結案報告(需繳交電子檔至moodle高教深耕計畫專區)：授課講師資料、授課內容及講義、上課學生名單、證照通過名單、照片集錦、滿意度問卷及學生心得回饋，格式請參閱https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/content/%E6%96%87%E4%BB%B6%E4%B8%8B%E8%BC%89。

**為鼓勵學生考取證照，繳交結案報告時請以考取證照比率作為學生學習成效檢核依據。**

★證照課程需請各計畫申請人自行上簽執行公文與核銷，謝謝!

**因應教育部於113年10月15日以臺教會(三)字第1134400978A號令修正規定，其修正內容為每人每日膳費為午、晚餐每餐單價改為一百二十元，如申請案件可申請膳宿費時依照修正後單價編列預算。**

  **Higher Education Sprout Project** 114 Annual Project Application - Certificate Courses

 Dear Professors,

 The Higher Education Sprout Project will open applications for the "114 Annual Certificate Course Project." We kindly ask all professors to carefully read the following project application instructions and fill out the application in the eform system.

 The Higher Education Sprout Project Office will compile and review the application materials from each unit, and ultimately return the application forms to each unit for confirmation.

 If you have any questions regarding the application process or project content, please contact the Higher Education Sprout Project - Jiu Ming at extension 2543.

 **Project Description:**

 We encourage departments to offer advanced professional certificate courses. In addition to core departmental certificates, we will increase the number of specialized certificate classes, encouraging students to obtain advanced certifications to enhance their employability.

 1. Course Specifications:

    (1) Courses must not be combined with regular courses and should be open to all students.

    (2) Class times should be scheduled during students’ free time (Monday to Friday during lunch, evenings, or on weekends).

    (3) Participation in the courses will not earn academic credits.

 2. Funding: Hourly wages (for external domestic experts: $2,000/hour; for internal faculty: $1,000/hour as the limit).

 3. Application Period: From now until November 15, 2024 (Friday) at 12:00 PM.

 4. Project Completion Dates: Courses for the second semester of the 113 academic year must be completed and reimbursed by June 30, 2025 (Monday), and courses for the first semester of the 114 academic year must be completed and reimbursed by October 31, 2025 (Friday). Applications submitted after these deadlines will not be accepted. (Please submit the final report within 10 days after the event and reimbursement documents within 15 days.)

 5. Final Report (an electronic version must be submitted to the Moodle Higher Education Sprout Project area): This should include instructor information, course content and materials, a list of students, a list of students who passed the certification, photo collection, satisfaction survey results, and student feedback.  **To encourage students to obtain certifications, please use the certification pass rate as a basis for assessing student learning outcomes when submitting the final report.**

 ★ Applicants for the certificate courses must independently sign execution documents and handle reimbursements. Thank you!

  **In response to the Ministry of Education's revision on October 15, 2024, as per document No. 1134400978A, the revised content states that the daily meal allowance for each person is set at $120 for lunch and dinner per meal. If meal and accommodation expenses are applicable for the application, please budget according to the revised unit price.**
