【高教深耕計畫】113年度計畫申請-16-國內外競賽(學生獎勵金)【Higher Education sprout project office】2024 Annual Plan Application-16-Domestic and Foreign Competitions(Student Incentive Fund)

【計畫說明】：

一、申請條件 :

1.鼓勵在學期間參加國內、國際競賽表現優良者，若申請相關資料文件不全或不符合規定者，經限期補正逾期未完成補正者，不予受理。

2.申請學生須於(2024/01/01~2024/11/15)期間內參與國內外競賽有優異名次或事蹟者，檢附相關佐證資料提出申請。

3.若已申請賽前相關補助者，不得申請賽後獲獎獎勵金。

4.相關辦法與申請資格請詳細內容請依循「銘傳大學學生國內外競賽獎勵實施辦法(https://reurl.cc/ZyWKpp)」。

二、申請期間：即日起至113年11月15日(一)中午12:00止。

三、申請方式：

1.需至銘傳eForm平台寫申請資料。(網址連結:https://eform.mcu.edu.tw/node/3682)

2.繳交獎勵金申請表

(至銘傳高教深耕計畫網站https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/ → 文件下載 → 各計畫結案報告表→ 下載檔案「國內外競賽(學生獎勵金)」，填寫獎勵申請表後上傳eForm平台)

若檔案過大或無法上傳，請以email方式將申請表寄至高教深耕計畫辦公室邱怡虹老師信箱 1138105@mail.mcu.edu.tw。(聯絡分機:2541)

以上兩項資料填寫並寄送完成，即完成國內外競賽獎勵計畫申請。

四、獎勵標準與辦法：

1.以本校名義出席競賽之個人獎勵金，以新台幣二萬元為上限。線上競賽，則獎勵金折半補助。

2.以本校名義出席競賽之團體獎勵金，每場競賽獎勵金上限為新台幣十萬元，如特殊競賽得視情況經審查後調整最高補助金額。線上競賽，則獎勵金折半補助。

*實際核發金額依當年度預算與申請件數彈性調整。

【Program Description】 :

I.                 

Application Requirements :

1.        

Those who have performed well in domestic and international competitions during the school period are encouraged to apply for relevant information.If the documents are incomplete or do not comply with the regulations, those who fail to complete the correction within the time limit will not be accepted.

2.        

Applicants must participate in domestic and international competitions during the period (2024/01/01~2024/11/15).

3.        

Those who have excellent rankings or deeds in the competition shall apply with relevant supporting materials.

4.        

If you have applied for relevant subsidies before the competition, you will not be allowed to apply for the post-competition award bonus.Implementation Measures for Competition Awards (https://reurl.cc/ZyWKpp)".

II.               

Application period: From now until 12:00 noon on Friday, November 15, 113.

III.            

Application Method:

1.        

You need to go to the eForm platform to write the application materials.

2.        

Incentive Payment Request Form

(MING CHUAN UNIVERSITY Higher Education Sprout Project Office website https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/ → file download→ Closing Report Form for each Scheme→ Download the file "Domestic and International Competitions (Student Awards)" and fill in platform)

If the file is too large or cannot be uploaded, please send the application form to the Higher Education Program by email 1138105@mail.mcu.edu.tw.

Fill in and send the above two materials, that is, complete the application for domestic and foreign competition reward programs.

IV.   

 Reward Criteria and Methods:

1.        

The maximum bonus for participating in the competition in the name of the school is NT$20,000. Line In the competition, the bonus will be reduced by half.

2.        

The maximum group bonus for participating in the competition in the name of the school is NT$ 100,000, in case of special competitions, the maximum subsidy amount may be adjusted after review according to the circumstances. Online for the competition, the bonus will be reduced by half.

*The actual amount issued is flexibly adjusted according to the budget of the current year and the number of applications.
