泡茶是一種細緻的儀式，強調水、溫度、茶葉和茶具之間的和諧。透過本課程認識台灣各式茶種，品茗茶色香味與正式茶席操作體驗及練習

Brewing tea is a delicate ritual, emphasizing the harmony among water, temperature, tea leaves, and tea utensils. Through this course, familiarize yourself with various types of Taiwanese teas, appreciate the color, aroma, and taste of the tea, and experience and practice the formal tea ceremony procedures.
