Ever felt like you’re not good enough—because of your accent, your achievements, or how you look?

You’re not alone. Many international students quietly carry insecurities about their self-worth, whether it’s about appearance, success, or part-time job experiences.

In this workshop, join counselor諮商心理師 Leon Li-Hsiang Yang, who has stayed and learned abroad and personally journeyed through body image struggles. Through gentle conversations, we’ll explore the roots of our self-doubt and rediscover what confidence looks like—without comparison, and beyond the “foreigner” label.

Let’s talk. Let’s heal. Let’s belong.
