【高教深耕計畫】113年度計畫申請-證照獎勵

各位師長 您好：

高教深耕計畫將開放申請「113年度證照獎勵計畫」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。

高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將申請單送回各單位確認。

【計畫說明】：

獎勵學生考取經系(所)認可之國內外專業證照。

1.經費：獎勵金補助以不超過考照費用八成為原則。

2.申請資格：

(1)凡本校學生於在學期間考取專業證照且申請時仍具本校學籍者（不包含陸生、海青班、博士生、在職專班），即符合本辦法之申請條件。

(2)同一申請人之同一項證照以申請一次證照獎勵為限；同一證照已獲得本校其他獎補助者，不得再重覆提出申請。

(3)各學系訂定為畢業門檻之必要檢定證照，不列入獎勵範圍，惟該證照屬於國際性證照將專案審核。

(4)今年10月底前獲得證照且將資料上傳至校庫的學生。

3.申請期間：112年9月25日（一）9：00起至112年10月23日（一）14：00止。

4.結案時間：113年10月31日（四）前完成核銷，非此日期之前不受理。（請於核銷後10天內繳交結案報告）。

5.結案報告(需繳交電子檔至moodle高教深耕計畫專區)：含證照考取名單、證照影本，格式請參閱https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/content/%E6%96%87%E4%BB%B6%E4%B8%8B%E8%BC%89。

【Higher Education Enhancement Project】113 Project Application - Certification Incentive

Dear teachers,

Greetings! The Higher Education Enhancement Project is now accepting applications for the "113 Certification Incentive Project." Please carefully read the following application instructions and submit your application through the eform system. The Higher Education Enhancement Project Office will review and compile the application materials from each department and return the application forms for final confirmation.

【Project Description】:

To reward students for obtaining recognized professional certifications, we aim to provide incentives for students who pass domestic and international professional certification exams.

1.Funding: The incentive subsidy will not exceed 80% of the examination fees.

2.Eligibility:

(1) Students currently enrolled at our university who obtain professional certifications during their academic studies and still maintain their student status at the time of application (excluding Mainland Chinese students, Overseas Chinese classes, doctoral students, and in-service programs) are eligible to apply.

(2) Each applicant can only apply once for the same certification. Applicants who have already received other awards or subsidies from our university for the same certification cannot reapply.

(3) Necessary certification exams required for graduation by each department are not included in the incentive program, except for internationally recognized certifications, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

(4) Students who have obtained certification documents before the end of October this year and uploaded the documents to the school database.

3.Application period: From 9/25(Monday) 9:00 until 10/23(Monday) at 14:00.

4.Project completion deadline: Must be completed and verified before [Date]. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted. (Please submit the closure report within 10 days after verification.)

5.Closure report (Submit an electronic file to the Moodle Higher Education Enhancement Project section): Include the list of students who obtained certifications, copies of the certifications. Please refer to the format at https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/content/%E6%96%87%E4%BB%B6%E4%B8%8B%E8%BC%89.
