【高教深耕計畫】校外志工獎勵計畫

【Higher Education Deep Cultivation Program】

計畫說明：

為鼓勵學生參與國內、外志工服務活動，提高公共事務效能、增進社會公益，以及培養學生公民責任，高教深耕計畫辦公室將開放志工獎勵申請，獎勵參與志工服務之學生。

 Program Help:

In order to encourage students to participate in domestic and foreign volunteer service activities, improve the efficiency of public affairs, enhance social welfare, and cultivate students' civic responsibility, the Office of Higher Education and Deepening Program will open volunteer award applications to reward students who participate in volunteer service.

申請條件：

具本校學籍且已參加非營利性質機構所主辦志工服務之學生。

凡有關教育、社區、環境、文化、健康及科技等六大面向或與國內、外非營利組織共同合作之志工服務活動皆可。

申請者不得重覆申請校內其它有關國際/校外志工服務之獎勵。

已申報服務學習時數者不予獎勵。

申請者於同機構且同性質志工內容不得重覆申請。

Application Requirements :

Students who are enrolled in the University and have participated in volunteer services organized by non-profit organizations. All volunteer service activities related to education, community, environment, culture, health and science and technology or in cooperation with domestic and foreign non-profit organizations are acceptable.

Applicants are not allowed to apply repeatedly for other on-campus awards related to international/off-campus volunteer service. No award will be given to those who have declared service learning hours.

Applicants who are in the same organization and volunteer content of the same nature shall not apply repeatedly.

申請時間：

即日起至11X年XX月XX日(X)中午12:00為止。

申請方式：

1. 需至銘傳eForm平台寫申請資料。

2. 至銘傳高教深耕計畫網站 https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/ → 文件下載 → 各計畫結案報告表→ 下載檔案「31-校外志工服務獎勵」，填寫獎勵申請表並 email方式將申請表寄至高教深耕計畫辦公室徐瑄儀老師信箱 luluhsu@mail.mcu.edu.tw。

以上兩項資料填寫並寄送完成，即完成志工獎勵計畫申請。

審核方式：

審核以申請表做為評分依據，由高教深耕委員會審核之。

審核結果將以email方式通知獲獎學生。

獎勵標準與辦法：

國內志工獎勵金以3,000元為上限。

國外志工獎勵金以15,000元為上限。

實際核發金額依年度預算與申請件數彈性調整。

Application Method :

1. You need to go to the eForm platform to write the application materials.

2. Zhiming Missionary Higher Education Deepening Program website https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/ → Download → Closing Report Form of each Scheme→ Download the document "31 - Off-campus Volunteer Service Award" Write the award application form and send the application form to the mailbox of Ms. Xu Xuanyi of the Higher Education Intensive Cultivation Program Office by email luluhsu@mail.mcu.edu.tw. Fill in the above two materials and send them to complete the application for the Volunteer Award Program.

Review method: The review is based on the application form, which is reviewed by the Higher Education Committee. Winning students will be notified of the results of the review by email.

Award Standards and Methods: The domestic volunteer incentive is capped at NT$ 3,000. The award for foreign volunteers is capped at NT$15,000. The actual amount issued is flexibly adjusted according to the annual budget and the number of applications.
