高教深耕計畫將開放申請「113年度教師跨域增能及產業研習計畫」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。

高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將申請單送回各單位確認。

The Higher Education Intensive Cultivation Programme will open applications for the "2024 Annual Cross-domain Teacher Empowerment and Industry Learning Program" eForm system.

The Office of Higher Education Intensive Cultivation Program will compile and review the application materials of each unit, and finally send the application form back to each unit for confirmation.

【計畫說明】：

鼓勵教師至國內外產業參與研習及深耕服務，增進教師與產業接軌，深化教師實務教學資源，提升教師實務教學及能力。

申請資格：計畫主持人須為本校專任或專案教師

經費：

教育訓練費為報名費8成原則(採實報實銷，須為訓練機構之合法單據)。

由學校推派之種子教師，相關經費由深耕計畫全額補助。

申請期間：即日起至112年10月23日(一)下午14:00止。

結案時間：113年10月31日前核銷完成，非此日期之前不受理。(請於計畫結束後15天內繳交成果報告，並核銷補助費用)

結案報告(需繳交電子檔)：研習概述、對應課程之改善、教學成效之改進及結業證書/研習證明。

履行義務：

須參加由高教深耕計畫辦公室主辦之成果發表會等相關活動。

應於研修結束後一年內開設至少一門將所學融入課程或承辦相關活動，並提供相關授課內容與活動紀錄。

【Plan Description】

Encourage teachers to participate in research and in-depth services in domestic and foreign industries, enhance the integration of teachers with the industry, deepen teachers' practical teaching resources, and enhance teachers' practical teaching and ability.

Eligibility: The moderator of the programme must be a full-time or project teacher of the school Funding:

The education and training fee is the principle of 80% of the application fee (the actual reimbursement must be a legal document of the training institution).

The seed teachers sent by the school will be fully subsidized by the Deep Cultivation Program. Application period: From now until 14:00 noon on Monday, October 23, 2023. Closing time: Verification completed before October 31, 2024, will not be accepted unless this date. (Please submit the achievement report and write off the subsidy fee within 15 days after the end of the scheme) Closing Report (electronic document required): Overview of the Study, Improvement of the Corresponding Curriculum, Improvement of Teaching Effectiveness and Certificate of Completion/Study. Fulfillment of obligations:

Participants are required to participate in relevant activities such as presentation meetings organized by the Office of Higher Education Deepening Programmes. At least one course should be offered within one year after the end of the study to integrate what you have learned into the course or undertake related activities, and provide relevant teaching content and activity records.
