A-1厚植資料人文基礎能力

A-1 Cultivate basic human skills

為確保學生資訊科技與人文關懷能力提升，將強化學生全語文溝通能力，包含中文閱讀及寫作敘事力、英語聽說讀寫、第二外語言及東南亞語系;落實學生邏輯訓練與程式設計能力，推動網路設計與AI數據應用，輔以數據分析能力養成;以創新學制推動資訊、STEAM及人文素養提升，擴充通識專業化與專業通識化，以達到跨域通識教育之成效。

採行彈性開課制度，在課程中，以自主學習為導向所開發之創新教學教法、評量工具等，設計引導學生自主學習、師生互動思考討論之課程，如體驗式、互動式、實作、行動研究或個案研討等課程，且可提出具體成果的課程內容，以增加學生獨立自主探索與思考及活用所學知識為重點，展現自信及表達能力，強化學習效果。

在課程中，以跨領域為導向所開發之創新教學教法、評量工具等，設計師生互動、引導學生跨域思考討論之課程，如體驗式、互動式、實作、行動研究或個案研討等課程，且可提出具體成果的課程內容，以增加學生跨域探索與思考及活用所學知識為重點，展現自信及表達能力，強化學習效果。輔以彈性開課制度，並放寬輔系雙主修之學分認定，開設微型學分課程、跨院課程及跨域課程，建立各院菁英跨域學程，推動學院實質化，整合學院課程，並調整專業融合產業的課程結構，搭配PBL教學模組及實作教學，活化學生思維，拓展學習廣度，厚植學生的職場競争力。

為確保教師素養的優化、學生素養的養成與專業實踐，特鼓勵跨領域多元教學創新發展，包括：綜合線上、線下、實作、PBL的混合教學創新，AI結合基礎課程的加值創新，產學合作成果融入教學的跨域創新，個案研討與行動研究總整課程設計，開發評量工具設計，最後推動教學研究，建立教師多元升等機制，推動教師教學成長，永續支持教師投入教學。

A-6深耕智匯整合學園

整合本校各院系專長資源、育成中心與產學暨推廣處，橫向整合跨院合作，鼓勵跨學院系舉辦核心產業工作坊，以協助師生接收產業新知，強化跨域合作與產業接軌，培育國家未來關鍵人才，建構銘傳智匯學園。透過+AI讓各院專業領域與資訊科學連結，提升師生數位應用知能，在課程設計規劃上，透過校友聯盟進行產業接軌，由產業出題、學校解題的call for project形式，使用現場數據與AI科技進行產學合作，讓參與師生實際融入產業情境，進行學習與研究。鼓勵各系所整合核心技術及產品，融入AI技術，透過創業課程、創業講座、創業體驗營、校園創業競賽等實作方式，外部專家業師提供實務導向之創業養成訓練及諮詢輔導，培養具創意、創新、創業能力之人才。

Encourage all departments to integrate core technologies and products, integrate AI technology, and provide practice-oriented entrepreneurship training and consulting through practical methods such as entrepreneurship courses, entrepreneurship lectures, entrepreneurship experience camps, and campus entrepreneurship competitions, so as to cultivate talents with creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial ability.
