一、   雙語化學習計畫簡介Introduction to The Program on Bilingual Education for Students in College

國際化一直為銘傳大學發展之校務目標,2000年起即創風氣之先成立全台灣第一所全英語教學環境的國際學院。為支持國家達成2030雙語國家政策發展藍圖之願景,本校將積極參與教育部所推動之大專院校「雙語化學習計畫」,以認證成為雙語標竿學院為目標,推動EMI教學資源中心,強化EMI教學品質與成果,提供高品質之EMI學習經驗,培養與世界接軌之雙語人才,提升產業競爭力。

Internationalization has long been a goal of MCU development. On the cutting edge, International College (IC) was founded in 2000, the first college Taiwan in which all courses are taught in English. Ming Chuan’s internationalization efforts over the last 20 years offer a solid basis for achieving the national goal of the “Blueprint for Developing Taiwan into a Bilingual Nation by 2030”. MCU is actively participating in The Program on Bilingual Education for Students in College set up by the Ministry of Education with the aim of being accredited as a bilingual college, promoting an EMI Resource Center, bolstering the quality of EMI teaching and outcomes, providing high-quality EMI learning experience, cultivating bilingual professionals who are on track with world trends, and improving industry competitiveness.

 

二、    執行單位:國際學院 Execution Unit: International College

 

三、    執行目的 Objective

為增加EMI教師資源、提供新進EMI教師教學輔導工具,鼓勵教師將其授課之EMI專業課程教案統整、彙整及歸納,建置成EMI教學模組,進而完善全校EMI教學環境。

In order to develop EMI faculty and provide new teaching guidance tools, IC teachers are encouraged to integrate, compile and summarize the teaching plans of EMI courses, to construct EMI teaching modules, thereby improving the EMI teaching environment of the whole university.

 

四、    實施方法 Implementation

1、請國際學院各學程提供一門課程,由授課教師選定任意一門三學分之課程,將課程相關資料建置於「Moodle平台」,並將資料製成結案報告,內容包含:

Each IC academic program is to provide one course, any 3-credit course selected by the faculty member and upload the relevant materials on the Moodle platform. The related materials must be compiled as a report, to include the following content:

(1)   課程大綱 & 周課程進度表 Course Syllabus & Course Outline

(2)   課程設計、教學材料、教學資源之設計理念 Design Concepts for Course, Teaching Materials and Teaching Resources.

(3)   教學活動設計 (校外教學、企業參訪、研討會、工作坊等…) Design of Teaching Activities. (Field Trips, Enterprise Visits, Conference, Workshop…)

(4)   學生學習成果評量機制(作業、測驗等…)Student Learning Outcome Assessment Mechanism (Assignments, Exams…)

(5)   學生輔導機制 Student Counseling Mechanism

(6)   學生學習回饋機制 Student Learning Feedback Mechanism

(7)   教師教學反思機制 Faculty Teaching Reflection Mechanism

2、 申請辦法:請各學程於民國111年01月25日前至銘傳e-form填妥申請資料。

Application: Please submit e-form application prior to January, 25, 2022.

3、 補助經費:支付每個「教學模組課程」工作費NTD3,000元。

Subsidy: NTD 3000 for per EMI Teaching Module Course

4、 結案報告:請各學程於民國111年03月31日前提交結案報告(紙本及電子檔)。

Final Report: Please submit final report prior to March, 31, 2022 (hard copy and E-file).

 

五、    結案報告繳交方式 Final Report Submission

1、 請將「紙本資料」及「收據」送回至EMI教學資源中心辦公室(國際學院辦公室)。

Please submit hard copy and receipt to EMI Teaching Resource Center (IC Office).

2、 另將「電子檔」Email至EMI教學資源中心best@eta.mcu.edu.tw,信件主旨請註明【110教學模組課程結案報告】。

Please send E-file to best@eta.mcu.edu.tw with the subject “2021-22 EMI Teaching Module Course.”
