【教務處】變更學校分流授課方式報備書 Form to Inform University of Teacher Revising Class Format Dispersion Arrangements

依「教育部防疫管理指引」規定及「大專校院因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情遠距教學注意事項」所訂，基於特定防疫需求應兼顧授課學習品質並確實掌握學生動向。

學校因考量讓學生上課方便，避免前一堂實體下一堂線上的困擾，而採單雙號分流做法，最終期望是疫情狀況減緩回復全部實體上課，這段時間請老師多體諒。

教師如因課程特性改採全部遠距教學或全部實體方式授課，請填寫下表以利學校知悉，了解授課變動之狀態及資訊。

This form to inform is established for the special needs of epidemic prevention, maintaining teaching and learning quality, and tracking how things are developing for students, which are in accordance with the Ministry of Education Guidance for Epidemic Prevention Management and the Notices Regarding Remote Teaching at Institutions of Higher Education Due to Covid-19 Containment.

In consideration of students’ convenience in attending classes and avoid having subsequent class sessions conducted on-site and in remote format, students are dispersed by odd and even weeks according to whether the second to the last digit of the student ID number is even or odd. Ultimately, it is hoped that Covid-19 containment will ebb and classes can resume all on-site format. During this period, faculty are asked to be considerate in the current situation.

        If the faculty member wishes to revise the class format to all remote teaching or all on-site teaching due to the nature of a particular course, please fill out the following form as to inform the university so that the revised status and information is well understood.

Class format is revised to on-site rather than dispersion for Masters’ Program course. Teaching on-site should be in accordance with the Ministry of Education Guidance for Epidemic Prevention Management and the restriction on maximum number of people who can gather indoors. Faculty are to please communicate with and explain to students that the course format will assuredly follow the epidemic prevent regulations set by the government. (No need to fill out the following items.)

請依照本校點名方式進行點名並考量學生排課及通勤。Please take roll according to Ming Chuan University Student Roll Call Regulations and consider students’ overall course schedule and commuting needs.
