請攜帶身分證、健保卡。

Please bring along your identificationcard(ARC card) and National

Health Insurance card.

接種對象 50歲以上，民國57年12月31日(含)前出生，不限戶籍，需具中華民國國民身分，如為外籍人士，需持有居留證

Those to be vaccinated Aged 50 and over, born on or before December 31, 1968, regardless of nationality. Residents present ROC ID card. Foreigners present ARC card.
