Dear faculty members:
高教深耕計畫將開放申請「113年度深化國際移動計畫」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。
高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將申請單送回各單位確認。
若對計畫申請方式或計畫內容有疑問，還請各位師長與我們聯繫（分機2545）。
The Higher Education Sprout Project Office is soon opening the 2023-24 Enhancing Global Mobility Project for applications. All faculty members are asked to read the following description carefully then submit their application information through eForm.
The Office will collate and review all application information from each unit, then will send the list of applications to each unit’s responsible staff for rechecking. For any questions about the project or application process, kindly contact us ( Ext. 2545).

持續引進海外教師和學生，增進海外連繫，營造多元化之國際化環境校園，鼓勵學生與外籍師生互動，透過彼此語言、文化、生活之交流與分享，強化語言能力及專業技能，同時拓展學生視野；透過國際認證，確保海内外師生對銘傳提供的優質，具信譽的教育課程與服務之肯定。Continue attracting overseas faculty members and students to the institution, enhance overseas connections, cultivate a diversified international campus environment, encourage students to interact with foreign faculty members, improve their language proficiency and professional skills through sharing languages, culture and life with each other, as well as expand students’ worldview. Assure provision of excellent and reputable educational courses and service for foreign and domestic faculty members and students through earning international accreditations. |

優化多元外語教學 Enhance Teaching of Multiple Foreign Languages |
以中文、英文、日文、新南向東南亞語系及其他第二外語進行規劃，透過學習環境、語文教材、多元學習輔導、能力檢測之教學方法，以期強化學生理解溝通、深度閱讀、敘事書寫等能力，進而得以應用於生活、實用於職場。Advance planning for Chinese, English, Japanese, Southeast Asian languages, and other second languages through learning environment, language materials, diversified learning guidance and ability assessments. Enhance students’ abilities in understanding communication, deeper reading and narrative writing, to be enable to apply languages in their lives and employment. |

深化全英學位學程 Deepen English-instructed Specialized Degree Programs |
開設全英語學程，在外籍師資陣容方面持續努力精進多元化，鼓勵推動各項專業外語教學改進方案，持續精進與推展全英語學程。English-instructed programs have been improved and diversified by hiring more foreign faculty members, encouraging learning of more diverse foreign languages, and promoting improvements in teaching, to continuously enhance and promote these English-instructed programs. |

深化教師國際參與 Deepen Faculty Members’ International Participation |
推動國際學者系所交流深入化，評估系所參與海內外教育展推廣可行性。鼓勵教師參與國際會議，後續亦回饋於教學，同時推動本校教師外語授課、赴海外研習「英語授課」，並推動教師全英語授課成長社群與海外研習計畫，強化英語教學能力，全面提升全英語授課品質。 Promote deeper international scholar exchanges for departments and graduate schools, as well as evaluate the possibility of departments and graduate schools expanding their overseas and domestic education. Encourage faculty members to participate in international conferences and then link this to teaching. Meanwhile, promote MCU faculty members to teach using a foreign language, participate in overseas English as a Medium of Instruction workshops, promote Faculty Growth Communities for English-taught Courses and Overseas Study Projects, enhance ability to teach in English and promote overall quality of English-instructed courses. |

擴大學生海外視野 Expand Students’ Worldviews |
強化學生外語能力並鼓勵學生赴國外交流，結合海外校友會與海外台商企業，提供學生實習機會，實際為企業解決問題，並透過學生參與國際競賽之實際經驗回饋至課堂中改善教學，鼓勵學生主動參與國際志工活動，啟發學生社會貢獻之思維。 Enhance students’ foreign language proficiencies and encourage them to participate in overseas exchanges. Link overseas alumni associations with Taiwan firms overseas to provide internship opportunities for students and practical solutions for industry problems. Improve teaching through students’ feedback on participation in international contests, encourage students to actively participate in international volunteer activities and stimulate their thinking about contributing to society. |
1. 經費：各經費之申請，請依循「銘傳大學高教深耕計畫經費編列基準表(https://reurl.cc/z6zknp)」要點進行編列，如有特殊需求請另於申請資料中提出。
1. Project Budget: Funds should be applied for according to Ming Chuan University Standard of Higher Education Sprout Project Budget Drafting (shorturl.at/jmELQ). Other special case requests must be submitted separately as part of application information.
2. 申請期間：即日起至112年10月23日(一)下午14:00止。
2. Application Period: From now through October 23, 2023 (Monday), 14:00.
3. 結案時間：113年10月31日前核銷完成，非此日期之前不受理。（請於活動結束後3天內完成核銷，15天內繳交結案報告）
3. Processing Deadline: All applications must complete related verification disbursement affairs before October 31, 2024 . No delayed verifications will be accepted by the responsible office. (Please complete all disbursement verification affairs within 3 days after the activity ends; the final report must be submitted within 15 days after the activity ends.)
4. 結案報告(需繳交電子檔)：講座相關資訊、國際學者資料、講座講義、照片集錦及學生心得回饋。
4. Final report (must be submitted as soft copy): The content of the report should include relevant information on courses or lectures, information on the international scholar, notes of the courses or lectures, activity photo collection and students’ reflections.
