If you can breathe, you can join. This isn’t a performance — it’s a chance to use simple movement and creativity to explore, express, and connect.
Discover Inner Calm Through Movement & Sand Art
Led by Ms. Lin—an experienced counselor trained in both dance therapy and art therapy—this workshop offers a unique experience like no other.
Through gentle movement, we’ll tune into the inner messages our body wants to share. Then, using colorful quartz sand, we’ll express those feelings by creating Moving Sand Art—a mesmerizing and healing process.
This 2-hour session is both a journey of self-healing and a celebration of creative expression. It may help you find more inner peace and build a softer, more flexible approach to relationships.
✨ The best part?
No dance or art experience is needed.
If you can breathe, this is the workshop for you.
