  教學暨學習資源中心及原住民族學生資源中心擬辦理「線上同步教師教學知能研習」活動,活動訊息如下,敬邀踴躍於115年5月18日(星期一)前報名參加,謝謝。

 

講題:歧視與隱微歧視:校園族群平等與共好的可能性

講師:國立臺灣大學社會工作學系 Ciwang Teyra 副教授

簡介:

一、透過「歧視與隱微歧視」相關研究,帶領教師認識校園中看似無惡意、卻可能造成學生壓力與傷害的言語與互動,提升對族群處境的敏感度與理解。

二、從原住民族經驗與研究視角出發,探討歷史創傷如何影響學生的身分認同、心理狀態與校園適應,協助教職員理解學生在學習與生活中的實際需求。

三、結合原住民族社會工作、多元性別與交織性觀點,思考如何於教學、輔導及校園互動中實踐尊重與包容,建立更友善之學習環境。

四、透過講座交流與案例分享,重新檢視教學現場中的互動模式與潛在偏見,進一步促進校園族群平等、多元共融與友善校園之實踐。

 

※本活動採 Teams 線上同步直播方式進行,方便師長使用個人電腦、手機、平板參與交流活動。若師長有收播意願,請於115 年 5 月 18 日(星期一)前報名,謝謝!

Topic: Discrimination and Microaggressions: Possibilities for Ethnic Equality and the Common Good on Campus

Speaker: Associate Professor Ciwang Teyra, Department of Social Work, National Taiwan University

Date: May 21, 2026 (Thursday)

Time: 12:10 PM – 1:40 PM

Introduction:

  1. Through research related to discrimination and microaggressions, this lecture will guide faculty members in recognizing words and interactions on campus that may appear harmless but could still cause stress and harm to students, while enhancing sensitivity and understanding toward diverse ethnic experiences.
  2. From Indigenous perspectives and research experiences, the lecture will explore how historical trauma affects students’ identity, psychological well-being, and campus adaptation, helping faculty and staff better understand students’ actual needs in learning and daily life.
  3. Integrating Indigenous social work, gender diversity, and intersectionality perspectives, the lecture will discuss how to practice respect and inclusion in teaching, counseling, and campus interactions in order to build a more welcoming learning environment.
  4. Through lecture discussions and case sharing, participants will re-examine interaction patterns and potential biases in teaching environments, further promoting ethnic equality, diversity, inclusion, and a friendly campus culture.

The event will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, allowing participants to join using a PC, mobile phone, or tablet. If you are interested in attending, please register before May 18, 2026 (Monday). Thank you.
