【高教深耕計畫】115年度計畫申請-雙師計畫(115學年度上學期)(即日起至4/15截止)

各位師長您好:

高教深耕計畫將開放申請「115學年度上學期 - 雙師計畫」,懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明,並至eform系統填寫申請。

高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料,待深耕委員會審查通過後,會將公告結果送回各單位確認。

【計畫說明】:

為提升學生就業競爭力,透過產學雙師制度邀請傑出具專業業界人士擔任課程師資,結合理論與實務,藉此加強教育與產業接軌,培育具有實作力及就業力之優質專業人才,縮短學校教育與業界人才需求之差距。

1.經費:鐘點費(校外國內專家學者2,000元/小時)。不同授課課程請分開填報申請資料。

相關申請注意事項請依循「銘傳大學高教深耕計畫經費編列基準表、銘傳大學雙師計畫補助實施辦法」要點進行編列。

2.申請時間:自即日起至115年4月15日 中午12:00截止。

3.結案時間:115上學期課程請於115年11月20日前執行完畢、115上學期課程以115年10月30日前執行率達成90%為原則,敬請謹慎評估並提供具體期程規劃。

4.結案報告(需繳交電子檔至moodle高教深耕計畫專區):包含業師資料、課程內容及講義、照片集錦、教師與學生滿意度問卷及學生心得回饋,格式請參閱: https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/enroll-page/

【備註】:

1.為了使計畫達到一定的深度與廣度,若因故課程未開課,申請之經費不得流用,屆時須請教師至電子表單系統填寫「高教深耕計畫經費退還款申請表」(表單編號:2379)進行退還款。

2.本計畫由深耕辦公室統一上簽(若有預支款或聘函需求,仍須請自行上簽),惟請自行核銷。

   [Higher Education Sprout Project] 2026 (Academic Year 115) Project Application – Dual-Instructor Program ( First Semester of Academic Year 115 )

Dear Professors,

The Higher Education Sprout Project is now open for applications for the "Dual-Instructor Program –First Semester of Academic Year 115." We kindly ask all faculty members to carefully review the following application guidelines and complete the application form via the eform system.

The Higher Education Sprout Project Office will compile and review all applications submitted by each department. Once approved by the Sprout Project Committee, the results will be sent back to each unit for confirmation.

[Project Description]:

To enhance students' employability, the Dual-Instructor Program invites outstanding industry professionals with expertise to co-teach courses, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience. This aims to strengthen the connection between education and industry, cultivating high-quality professional talents with practical skills and career competitiveness, thereby narrowing the gap between academic training and industry needs.

Funding: Hourly teaching fees (NT$2,000/hour for off-campus domestic experts/scholars). Please submit separate applications for different courses. Each course may apply for up to two sessions (i.e., 2 credits = 4 hours; 3 credits = 6 hours).

Please follow the "Ming Chuan University Higher Education Sprout Project Budget Guidelines" for relevant application details

Application Period: From now until April 15, 2026, at 12:00 noon.

Project Completion Deadline: Courses under this program must be completed and verified by November 20, 2026. If verification is not completed by then, please submit electronic Form No. 2379 to return the full amount of funding. (The project report must be submitted within 7 days after the activity and reimbursement completed.)

Final Report (to be uploaded to the Higher Education Sprout Project section on Moodle): The report must include industry instructor’s profile, course content and handouts, photo highlights, satisfaction surveys from both instructors and students, and student reflections. Please refer to the format at: https://tec.mcu.edu.tw/enroll-page/

[Remarks]:

To ensure sufficient depth and breadth of the program, each instructor may apply for up to two courses only. If a course is canceled, the allocated funds may not be used for other purposes. The instructor must complete the "Higher Education Sprout Project Funding Return Form" (Form No. 2379) through the eform system to return the funds.

The project will be submitted through official channels by the Sprout Project Office. (However, for advance payments or hiring letters, please process them individually.) Reimbursements must be handled by the applicant.

為評估雙師執行的成效,擬請資網處同仁將滿意度問卷鑲嵌於您雙師課程的moodle系統中,以利修課的填答。 改用此法,將有助於您確認填答學生、以及完成填答的人數。 ★若您不同意使用moodle,請老師留言『不同意鑲嵌至moodle』,我們將為您維持舊制的google表單填答方式。 惟採用google表單的填答方式,您將無法即時確認有多少學生填答問卷。 ★滿意度問卷有:學生前後測&教師問卷 In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the dual-teacher implementation, we plan to ask colleagues from the Information and Network Office to fill in the questionnaire in the moodle system of your dual-teacher course to facilitate the completion of the course. Using this method will help you identify the students who answered the questions and the number of people who completed the questions. ★If you do not agree to use moodle, please leave a message with the teacher "Do not agree to be embedded in moodle". We hope that you will maintain the google form filling method. If you use a large number of Google forms to fill in answers, you will not be able to instantly confirm how many students have filled in the form. ★The questionnaire includes: student comparison table & teacher salary table
