【Higher Education Sprout Project Office】2026 Annual Program Application - Industry-University Cooperation Link

各位師長您好：

高教深耕計畫將開放申請「115年度產學合作連結計畫」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。

高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將申請單送回各單位確認。

Higher Education Deepening Program will open for application for the "2026 Industry-University Cooperation Link Program" Teachers should read the following application instructions and fill in the application in the eForm system. The Office of Higher Education Intensive Cultivation Program will compile and review the application materials of each unit, and finally send the application form back to each unit for confirmation.

獨立計畫C-產學合作連結計畫分為以下策略： 

The Independent Program C-Industry-University Collaboration Link Program is divided into the following strategies:

1.經費：業務費及資本門請分開填寫，各經費之申請，請依循「銘傳大學高教深耕計畫經費編列基表及銘傳大學產學合作連結計畫補助辦法」要點進行編列，如有特殊需求請另於申請資料中提出。

2.申請期間：即日起至114年10月23日(四)中午12:00 止。

3.結案時間：如執行計畫，請務必依高教深耕年度經費控管流程辦理，資本門請於115/8/31前完成所有核銷程序，經常門請於115/10/31前完成所有核銷程序。

4.結案報告(需繳交電子檔)。

1. Funds: Please fill in the business expenses and capital separately, and the application for each fund should be compiled according to the main points of the "Benchmark Table of Higher Education Cultivation Program of Ming Chuan University", and if you have special needs, please submit them in the application materials.

2. Application period: From now until 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 23, 2025.

3. Closing time:Capital expenditures must be settled by August 31, 2026, and current expenditures by October 31, 2026.

4. Closing report (electronic documents are required).
