高教深耕計畫將開放申請「115年度國際性課程/活動計畫」，懇請各位師長詳閱以下計畫申請說明，並至eform系統填寫申請。
高教深耕計畫辦公室將彙整審核各單位申請資料，最後將申請單送回各單位確認。

***因應教育部於113年10月15日以臺教會(三)字第1134400978A號令修正規定，其修正內容為每人每日膳費為午、晚餐每餐單價改為一百二十元，請申請案件時可依照修正後單價編列預算。***
1. 經費：各經費之申請，請依循「銘傳大學高教深耕計畫經費編列基準表(https://reurl.cc/z6zknp)、銘傳大學國際學術活動經費補助實施辦法」要點進行編列，如有特殊需求請另於申請資料中提出。
2. 申請期間：即日起至114年10月23日(四)中午12:00止。
3. 結案時間：以115年10月30日（五）前執行率達成90%為原則，敬請謹慎評估並提供具體期程規劃
4. 結案報告(需繳交電子檔)：如 : 講座相關資訊、國際學者資料、講座講義、照片集錦及學生心得回饋等等。

Dear teachers :
The Higher Education Sprout Project Office is soon opening the 2026 International courses/activities. All faculty members are asked to read the following description carefully and download the form from the eform system to fill in the application.
The Office will collate and review all application information from each unit, then will send the list of applications to each unit’s responsible staff for rechecking.

In response to the Ministry of Education's amendments to the regulations in Taiwan Church (3) Order No. 1134400978A on October 15, 2024, the revised content is that the daily meal fee per person is changed to NT$120 per meal for lunch and dinner. Please apply The budget can be prepared based on the revised unit price when handling the case.
1. Project Budget: Funds should be applied for according to Ming Chuan University Standard of Higher Education Sprout Project Budget Drafting (shorturl.at/jmELQ). Other special case requests must be submitted separately as part of application information.
2. Application Period: From now until 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
3. Processing Deadline: With the goal of achieving a 90% execution rate by October 30, 2026 (Friday), please carefully evaluate and provide a specific timeline plan
4. Final report (must be submitted as soft copy): The content of the report should include relevant information on courses or lectures, information on the international scholar, notes of the courses or lectures, activity photo collection and students’ reflections.
