【服務學習專題講座/成果發表會】大四生、延修生補救措施報名(5/23開放報名) Explanation Flexible/Remedial Measures for Service-Learning Lecture/Experience Sharing Requirements before Graduation (6/05 Start accepting registrations)

說明：

1.本表單僅供「大四畢業生」、「延修生」未完成服務學習專題講座/成果發表會者報名，其他年級請勿填寫。

2.將批次將報名者加入Moodle課程，後續請同學依照Ｍoodle課程說明完成。

Explanation：

1.      For 4th-year graduating students and extended study students who have not yet completed Service-Learning Lecture/Experience Sharing, the Career Planning and Counseling Division provides flexible measures.

2.     Those who want to adopt these flexible measures should register via e-Form first, and the applicants will be added to a Moodle course in batches. Afterwards, please completed Information from Moodle course.
